Omega Capital Limited is a boutique corporate finance advisory firm with clients ranging from start-up to large multinational firms. We have a highly responsive and dedicated team of professionals to ensure that our clients have access to efficient financing and timely advice. Our Company holds a Capital Market Services (Advising on Corporate Finance) licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in July 2003. Since then, we have advised a wide range of clients in public market transactions like reverse takeovers (RTO), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offers (IPO) and other fund raising activities.

Background and Development
Omega Capital was founded in 2000 by David Tan Chao Hsiung, a senior investment banker with over twenty years experience in finance and corporate work. Mr Tan held senior positions in a number of established global and regional banks with a combined personal involvement in over S$5 billion worth of equity and bond related transactions covering companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China.

Since its founding, Omega Capital has gone from strength to strength, adding on more intellectual capital by hiring like-minded experienced professionals who also wish to serve their clients more holistically. In addition to advising on public market transactions, Omega Capital also provides consultancy services to firms involving:
