Our Team of dedicated professionals provide our clients with tailor-made and innovative financing solutions. David Tan Chao Hsiung David is the Chief Executive Officer of Omega Capital. He has held senior positions in global financial institutions as well as with regional banks. He specialises in maximising the fund raising options for SMEs. David graduated from Macquarie University (Australia) with a Bachelor of Economics and holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales (Australia). He is a fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs.
Seong Kung is responsible for transaction execution, client relationship and marketing. He has 17 years of experience in finance and commerce gained from working with an international CPA firm, a bank, a venture capital company and a SGX-ST listed company, in the areas of corporate finance and advisory, mergers and acquisitions, financial structuring, investment valuations and corporate financial planning. Seong Kung graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a CPA.
Ong Pui Ying Pui Ying leads a corporate finance team that carries out transaction execution. She has 9 years of experience in management consulting and research initially with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Arthur Andersen. She later co-founded Converging Knowledge Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based research company with specialized focus on Asian businesses. Pui Ying graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of the Arts (Politics, Philosophy and Economics) and holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of London.
Khoo Boo Han Boo Han graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Hons – Lower Div). He had previously worked in Colin Ng & Partners, Sim Hill Tan & Wong and Sukumar & Teo as a lawyer and at Far East Organization as a Senior Manager. He is responsible for the development and execution of mergers and acquisitions, independent financial advisory services and fund raising exercises.
Karen Ang Karen is responsible for compliance and risk management at Omega Capital. She has a combined work experience of over 15 years in audit and investment banking initially at an international CPA firm followed by stints with global and regional banks. Karen graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree. She is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs.
Tan Kim Kway Kim Kway is a member of the board of directors and member of the Risk Management Committee at Omega Capital. He retired from a senior position at the Monetary Authority of Singapore in 2003 after serving close to 20 years there. His career at MAS had been focused on the regulation of capital markets. He also served as Secretary to the Securities Industry Council for over 10 years which also involved the development of the capital markets. Kim Kway graduated from Waikato University in New Zealand with a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies.
Seow Kok Leong Kok Leong is the compliance consultant at Omega Capital. He provides advice to ensure that the company meets all relevant regulations and rules. Kok Leong was a senior official in the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") from June 1979 till August 2002 when he chose to retire. For the last 16 years of his career there, he was actively involved in the supervision and development of the securities industry. Kok Leong graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree.
